West Bay Pressure LLC provides mobile detailing services throughout San Mateo County and surrounding areas om the Bay Area, including (but not limited to) Redwood City, Burlingame, Palo Alto, and San Jose. Additional travel fees may apply outside our primary service area.

Services are scheduled via phone, email, or through our online booking feature. Clients must ensure vehicle access and that the vehicle is parked in a legal and safe location. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations pr rescheduling, Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, or digital payment through our secure platform. Returned or declined payments may result in a $25 fee.

Customers are responsible for removing all valuables and personal items from the vehicle before service. Customers must also disclose any known issues with the vehicles condition (Paint damages, electronics, sensors.)

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If your not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Some stains, odors, scratches or damage may not be fully removable or correctable. We are not liable for pre existing damage, wear, or issues exacerbated by cleaning (cracked trim, fragile panels, paint oxidation).

West Bay Pressure LLC is not liable for damage resulting from 

​

- Pre-existing vehicle defects

​

-Customer negligence or failure to disclose issues

​

-Unforeseen electronical or mechanical failures related to detailing.

 

Clients agree to hold West Bay Pressure LLC harmless for any incidental damage unless clearly caused by gross negligence.

We may take photos of your vehicle before and after service for quality assurance and marketing purposes. These may be used on our website or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
