Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At West Bay Pressure LLC, we are commited to providing exceptional mobile detailing services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policu outlines the conditions under which refund or service adjustments may be offered. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your service/ appoitment. We wi;; make every reasonable effort to address the issue, which may include;

-A return visit to correct the issue (Free of charge)

​

-A partial refund, based on the severity of the concern

​

- A full refund in rare cases, if the service was clearly not performed or was done in error

​

Refunds will not be issued for:

​

-Pre existing damage or stains that could not be removed

​

-Issues reported more than 24 hours after the service

​

-Services completed with client approval and no complaint raised during or immediately after the service

​

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. PLease provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appoitment. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive their deposit back in full. Cancellations/No shows without 24 hours notice are subject to forfeiture.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment processor.
